Michael completed a bachelor’s degree in economics in Indonesia before completing his master’s degree in Knowledge Management in Singapore. He worked in the shipping industry in Singapore before coming to Canada where he completed his diploma in accounting at the Sauder School of Business at UBC.  

After continuing to complete his CPA and CGA designations, Michael has continued to work in accounting and financial analysis for the past ten years across multiple industries including manufacturing, gaming and construction.  

Joining the Finance/Accounting team as Manager of Financial Planning and Analytics at A&A Trading, Michael has focused on the development and growth of the business. Working to improve financial forecasting & modelling, cash flow projections, project reports and other business analysis, Michael looks to bring his technical and industry experience to the finance team.  

Out of the office, Michael enjoys spending his time hiking, playing badminton and taking walks with his dog.
