Bob graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1985 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry in the Harvesting Program. Soon after graduation, he worked in engineering departments of two major forestry companies and continued for 22 years gaining a deep understanding of the Sunshine Coast and Squamish Timber Supply Areas. In 1988, he received his designation as a Registered Professional Forester with the Association of BC Professional Foresters (ABCFP). In 2009, he joined the A&A Trading team in the Vancouver office and has continued working in these areas, now, for more than 35 years. 

In Bob’s current position as Operations Manager, he has been involved in working collaboratively with many Indigenous licensees. Since joining A&A, Bob has taken a leadership role in developing joint venture agreements between Indigenous licensees and other licensees working in the Great Bear Rainforest area.   

In Bob’s spare time he enjoys playing hockey, spending time with his family, friends and of course his grandson.
