Justin grew up in rural Ontario and graduated from Lakehead University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Forestry. Justin spent his first forestry summer job in the interior of British Columbia and has lived and worked in BC ever since. He became a Registered Professional Forester and pursued a career in natural resource management on the BC Coast. 

After spending years in the woods planning cutblocks from the Malahat to Klemtu developing his understanding of the coastal forest industry, Justin came to A&A in early 2021 and now works with our Indigenous clients as well as on A&A’s own tenures. 

Justin has enjoyed fostering strong working relationships and continuing to learn more about the coastal forest industry. In his role as Operations Engineer, Justin plans harvest operations with a focus on sustainable, long-term results that bring value to the communities that he works with. 

 After work you can find Justin in the woods mountain biking, dirt-biking, snowboarding and camping with his dogs.
